Biscuits

Approx 30 min, makes 10-12
In bowl, mix 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp or less salt, 1 tbs baking powder, 1 tsp sugar. Whisk together. Add 3 Tbs butter, mash before adding. Cut together until mixture looks grainy throughout. Mix ¾ cup milk – flour will goo at first and gradually clump until it is in a big ball. Coat with flour, flour surface. Foll out dough until about 1/2 – 1 inch thick, cut with biscuit cutter (you can also use the rim of a glass if you don’t have a cutter) Bake at 400F for approx. 10 minutes, brush tops with melted butter.
