3/5c. whole wheat flour
1/2c. oatmeal
1/2c. diced celery
1/8c. red bell pepper
1/2c. shredded carrots
1/4c. unsalted sunflower kernels
1 1/4c. water
3Tbs. olive oil.

Preheat oven to 375F. Mix water and oil, and add flour, oatmeal veggies and seeds. Kneed dough until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Roll 1/4in. thick and cut. Bake for 30 minutes.

Makes approximately 5 dozen.
